Refund & Returns Policy

Items not eligible for returns (no exceptions)

• earrings or any body piercing jewellery
• resized rings (before or after purchase)
• engraved items
• special, custom, or made to order items

Items that are eligible for returns:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in-store
• Online orders have 30 days after delivery to return the merchandise
• All items must be in new and unused condition
• All items returned must have proof of purchase receipt included with the order
• All items must be in its original packaging
• All certificates and paperwork for diamonds must be included
• All lay-away purchases must be cancelled within 30 days.  A 10% restocking fee will apply, and any other fees that are non-refundable such as CAD fees etc. All cancellations beyond 30 days will receive an in-store credit.

Trek Jewellers reserves the right and at its sole discretion to determine if an item is in new condition upon its return. This means an item must not have any scratches, damage, or any sign of wear.

Once your return is received your refund will be processed and will take 3-10 business days to be reflected on your credit statement or bank account.
