Trek Jewellers Care Package

Available for in-store purchases only.

YAll diamond rings and moissanite rings shall be brought into Trek Jewellers every 12 months for inspection. You may request a shipping label through Trek Jewellers at the expense of the client, if you can’t make it in person. Trek Jewellers offers discounted shipping for our clients to ship to us.

Our Care Package covers only the following:

prong tipping and rebuilding,
cleaning and buffing,
rhodium plating,
sizing,
tightening of loose stones.
For chains, bracelets, and anklets: rebuilding of tabs, and clasps replacement.

Sizing is covered once every 12 months within one size up or size down. Any additional sizes beyond will have a regular sizing charge.

Cleaning, buffing, and rhodium plating once every 12 months.

Larger sized diamonds or gemstones should be covered under your insurance company.

Any excessive or non-excessive damage not caused by normal wear and tear will not be covered, and costs will be solely the client’s responsibility.

Any other repairs needed that is not covered in the Care Package shall be the client’s responsibility to cover costs. The Care Package only covers the item that it was purchased for, it is not transferable to another item.

If repairs or alterations have been made through another jeweller, the care package services shall be forever void.

Your ring will be looked over for any loose stones, worn prongs. If any work is needed on your piece, we shall let you know, and a work order will be started. If no work is needed, your piece shall be dipped, steamed, and returned to you within a few minutes. Professional cleaning, buffing, rhodium plating must be left with Trek Jewellers, and a work order will start.

It is the client’s sole responsibility to book their maintenance appointments. You may change it online at any time for the same month it was originally made by following the link that was sent to you. Any missed appointments for your maintenance going over a 12 month period, voids your warranty and/or care package.
